The objective entailed the creation of a bespoke Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a manufacturing company, built entirely from the ground up. Our proficient development team successfully amalgamated data from various sources utilized by the company, including Salesforce CRM, SharePoint, internal production applications, and accounting software, into the newly developed CRM system. The system’s functionality has been meticulously tailored to meet the distinctive requirements of the production company.

Functionality

The CRM encompasses a comprehensive range of features, including standard CRM functionalities such as Lead, Opportunity, and Project Management, User Managamen, etc. alongside production-specific capabilities like Production and Installation Calendars. Furthermore, another aspect of the client’s specifications pertained to the inclusion of Personnel Management functionalities within the system. The system contains powerful reporting tools and a search and filtering functionality.
